Our refund policy for courses – what it means

Short version: Unless stated otherwise, try the course for 30 days and if you have followed ALL the steps (that is: watched ALL the training videos, reviewed ALL the resources, and implemented ALL the action items outlined in the course) and provided proof:

1. For example, screenshots of your worksheets, that you have followed the steps outlined in the course consecutively, for 30 days
2. That you have asked us for support (please provide emails and screenshots), and given us ample opportunity to respond and support you)
3. And you do not believe that you are getting the desired outcome, send us a message and we’ll refund your money.

‘Listen up’ version: Your guarantee ends 30 days after payment is received.

If you request a refund after the 30 day period, your request will be denied.

If you enrol using a payment plan, all payments must continue for the full term, unless you exercise your right to cancel within 30 days of purchase.

If you have purchased the course, downloaded all the materials to be sold/distributed elsewhere or to be used for yourself, and then asked for a refund, we will say no. 

Lifetime access – what it means

You get the access to the course materials for the online lifetime of Ready Writer Ltd. While we have no intention of going anywhere, life might have other plans.

When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else. If you wish to purchase company-wide access, please get in touch.

You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.

All advice is provided ‘as is’ with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. Ready Writer Ltd  takes no responsibility for the implementation of any advice in your own marketing or the outcomes of such implementation.

Refund policy
